This was my first bass guitar which I bought from the band's ex- bassist, Mickey Hart, for about £5 in 1968.

I don't remember much about it like how well it played or what it sounded like. It was certainly very light in weight in comparison to the basses that I've owned or used since.

The one thing I do remember... I was WELL PISSED OFF when it got nicked from a gig in 1972!
